A restored Jazz Age hotel on the Dunedin waterfront — lawn ceremonies over St. Joseph Sound, a ballroom named for the island across the water, and a rooftop that used to be a radio station.
The Fenway opened in the 1920s as one of Dunedin's jazz-age landmarks and returned in its current life as a boutique hotel on Edgewater Drive, facing St. Joseph Sound. Weddings work the property from the water in: ceremonies on the North or South Lawn — 5,400 square feet each, with the sunset landing across the Intracoastal — then dinner in the Caladesi Ballroom behind its wall of windows, and a nightcap at the Hi-Fi Rooftop Bar, the perch that broadcast as radio station WGHB in 1925.
The hotel runs its own kitchen and eight event spaces in all, from the 360-guest front lawn to Room 27, a 270-square-foot speakeasy sized for the inner circle. For ceremonies off property, the hotel's own wedding pages point couples to the historic Andrews Memorial Chapel nearby — a Victorian-era church a short drive into town. Guests sleep upstairs, and downtown Dunedin's breweries and porch restaurants sit a trolley ride away.
